Popis:
A French company proposes a new alternative daily or weekly landfill cover. This new/innovative product fixes paper, fabrics and plastics, reduces odours and avoids the spreading of landfill waste fire on surface. The product is a white powder to be diluted in water and than sprayed directly on the compacted waste to replace a heavy soil cover.
Požadavky na partnera:
The product is a one-component organic binder. The powder is diluted in water and then sprayed directly on the compacted waste. It reticulates when the water evaporates, a nearly invisible film fixes paper, fabrics and plastics, reduces odours and avoids the spreading of landfill waste fire on surface.
Preparation: Dissolve 6.5% Coveprap® Plus in 93.5% water and mix thoroughly.
Equipment: Slurry tanker with a vertical and horizontal spreading gun or Pumping System on trailer
Coverage data: 2 liter/m² of traditional waste and 1.5 m² of very compacted waste.
Innovative Aspects:
The product is a new, fast and economic periodic landfill cover system, which replaces traditional soil covering. It is also biologically active and reacts like a bioactivator for the waste decomposition. The sticking and fire-retardant functions of the product are reversible in case of rain.
