A Polish company a producer of wide range of powdered mixtures for baking and confectionary industry - is interested in the purchase of automatic packing machine for packing powdered ice cream mixtures. The company is looking for cooperation on the basis of commercial agreement with technical assistance with a partner experienced in design and production of such machines.
The Polish SME company specializing in powdered mixtures production for baking and confectionary industry, is looking for automatic packing machine for powdered ice cream mixtures (on the basis of dairy products) with efficiency equal 10-14 batches (2 kg) per minute, according to its machine park modernization. The line should be batching the product in volumetric system (packages: type A pad", PVC thermoweldable foil), with unit mass equal 0,5-2 kg/batch. According to the diversity of applied packages' overall dimensions, possibility of simple and quick system adaptation to the packages character resulting from the current production needs, is significant. The machine should be characterized by the low energy consumption during the production process, functionality, high quality (according to the sanitary standards) as well as it should take into consideration air sucking system application. Repeatability of individual batches' weight (tolerance on the level of +0,5% per batch) is also very significant from the finished product quality point of view. The company is interested in purchase of a new machine from the producer on the basis of commercial agreement with technical assistance.
