A Polish company is seeking technological partnership for development and implementation of a parquet woodblock sorting line with the machine vision (MV) quality system. The company is a wooden floor producer (parquet and plank floors production, delivery and floor setting and painting services). The company is looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance and license agreements.
The company is looking for a line for automatic woodblock sorting accompanied by the implemented MV quality system. Currently the sorting is done manually by the group of employees. It is expected that the new solution will decrease the number of employees necessary for the sorting operation and thanks to the MV quality control system it will eliminate discretion and variations characteristic for human visual inspection.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The sought solution of the automatic sorting line for the parquet woodblocks with the MV quality system should cater for the production of 2400 pieces per hor. The sorting should be done within the 7 defined classes. There are not any specific requirements as to the physical features of the tool, such as the size or weight. The space intended for the line is ca. 100m2.
The solution should also address such issues as environment protection, noise reduction and low energy consumption.
