Popis:
Polish company from the food industry is seeking a producer of a ready filling of a blancmange type, resistant to the baking, packed into bags (e.g. doy-pack). A producer is searched with the technical capacities for packing the product in aseptic conditions enabling the shelf life up to 12 months. The company is interested in taking the technical cooperation or on the basis of the subcontracting agreement.
Polish company from the food industry is seeking a producer of a ready filling of a blancmange type, resistant to the baking, packed into bags (e.g. doy-pack). The filling of the blancmange type, resistant to the baking - will be baked in babes (temperature of the baking ok 200 C deg, time of baking 15-20 minutes).
Tastes of filling: vanilla and chocolate.
Product weight with the unit pack individual: 75 g.
Shelf life of the product: 9-12 months in the room temperature.
Packing the filling should be held in a room temperature (if necessary it is possible to heat the product to 40 degC, above no longer since starch will lose its properties).
Expected conditions of packing and character of the packane:
- package: doy-pack or similar; weight: 70-80 g;
- PET12 material / metPET12 / PE100 or similar on account of the desired shelf life;
- aseptic or in the modified atmosphere.
Established amounts:
Vanilla filling: 370 thousand sachet units / year
Chocolate filling: 247 thousand sachet units / year
Before the first contact between both sides it is required to contact the representative of Polish EEN organization (representing polish company) to send an initial offer for required product together with technical specification, graphical presentation of the final product as well as suggested price per 1 unit of sachet.
