A German SME, with main activity in the treatment of sludge oils, used oils, oil/water-emulsions and oily water has developed a new technology for the treatment of used oils / sludge oils by means of a special designed ultrasonic treatment system with an optional downstream decanter and is searching for components to be integrated in this technology. They are also searching for partners for R&D-Projects in this field of business.
A German SME has developed a new technology for the treatment of used oils / sludge oils by means of a special designed ultrasonic treatment system with an optional downstream decanter and is now searching for components to be integrated in this technology.
With this technology also extremely stabilized oil/water-emulsions can be separated in the two phases oil and water.
After this treatment the oil can be used i.e. as substitution fuel oil.By use of a special membrane system the separated water can be cleaned according to all existing rules and regulations.
Therefore the company is interested in the following components (and the integration) for the cleaning of used oils / sludge oils like:
- Decanters
- Centrifuges
- Automatic filters
- Equipment for the separation of oil and water
- On-line measurement of oil / in water & water in oil
- Membranes for the cleaning of oily water.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
- Temperature of process approx. 90°C.
- Volume flow 50 l/h up to 20.000 l/h.
- Technologies for oil / water - separation.
