Having adequate manufacturing facilities such as CNC machines, the Turkish company is active in automotive spare parts manufacturing.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
Constant Velocity Joint provides sychronization of torque without any problem. In products of these types, 6 steel balls spin inside star and housing of outer body. By this means, Synchronized torgue and spring of the wheel are realized. CV Joint are important parts in terms of security of the vehicles so these products must be manufactured faultlessly. Meshed and locked 3 parts must be in accordance with each other. Synchronized torgue is very important in rotary motion.
Classical method of metal removing should be avoided in order to improve quality of the product. With Cold forming method which will be applied, less energy will be consumed. Because of reduction of machining; energy, chemicals, and cutting edge effecting unit cost will decrease.
Process of Cold Forging brings about some advantages such as high surface quality, quick manufacturing, on a limited scale waste so this method has become a preferable one in the production. In recent times, manufacturing of steeels whose shaping's limits being high. Espacially in cold forging method, pressure on mould place are more than drop forged so moulding design has been gaining importance.
After giving shape to the production of the grinder, in order to be ready of the product for fitting, final grindering process is completed in the special grinder.
