A Turkish company active in electronics market has been working on an innovative solar junction box (j-box) set to be used for combining photovoltaic panels. Partners are sought for this on-going project for further development and implementation phases. The company is open to new visions thus, seeking Joint Venture agreements based on sales share, together with technical cooperation or assistance and/or manufacturing agreements.
Photovoltaic power generation employs solar panels composed of a number of cells containing a photovoltaic material. In photovoltaic systems, the junction boxes are an integral part of the solar panels, which combines panels and provides circuit integrity.
A Turkish company dealing with electronic market and manufacturing connectors, terminals, cables and cable harnesses has been working on their own project for manufacturing a junction box that overcomes the disadvantages of the known j-box sets.
Thanks to its unique design, this junction box set can be used with standard connection system and also an "easy click module" is utilized to eliminate manual work on fixing junction box to solar module which enables the j-box suitable for full automation. Thus, the design will fasten the process and save money to producers and accordingly the customers.
Any fixing robot or piston can be used in the manufacturing step. Both solder sheet and solar cable can be fixed with one hand operation. Junction box in question can be classified in small and medium sizes.
For "further development" of this j-box project, the company needs technical cooperation and/or know how and seeks collaboration opportunities such as reorganizing a new company or make an agreement on commercial investment.
