A German SME operating in the treatment of water and waste water
is looking for any kind of conductive non-stick coating for metal surfaces. They are looking for a joint further development, testing of new applications, or adaptation to specific needs.
A German SME, with main activity in development and production of water
and waste water treatment equipment is looking for any kind of conductive non-stick coating for metal surfaces.
The coating should be hydrophobic or non-polar. It may consist of a coating system, e.g. primer and topcoat and should be applied either by spraying or dip-coating.
Alternatively the use of adhesive membranes or foils is possible.
In this case, the glue has to be water resistant and conductive.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The material should meet the following requirements:
- Electric resistance of coating system less than 0.1 Ohm when applied and
cured.
- Coating should be reasonably resilient against abrasion.
- Stable to temperatures between 0 and 120°C.
- Stable to pH between 2 and 11.
- No special colour required, but preferrably not transparent.
- Resistant against water, organic solvents, gasoline, mild oxidizing agents.
