Popis:
Czech university requests special equipment for centrifugal casting of reactive metals, alloys and inter-metallic compounds. Request comprises also delivery of accessories (optical pyrometer with integrated video module, displaying monitor, consumables and wearing parts that are necessary for one-shift operation of the equipment for two years and other related services). Partner is looking primarily for a Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance.
The subject of public contract is delivery of equipment for centrifugal casting of reactive metals, alloys and inter-metallic compounds at the temperatures up to 1900°C in vacuum or in atmosphere of inert gases (Vacuum Centrifugal Casting Machine for Titanium, Nickel and their Alloys). Fulfilment of the contract comprises also delivery of accessories (optical pyrometer with integrated video module, displaying monitor, consumables and wearing parts that are necessary for one-shift operation of the equipment for two years, transport, installation, operation tests, technical and application training for users.
Principle of the equipment consists in preparation of small castings made of special titanium and nickel alloys, as well as alloys made of noble metals by centrifugal casting of titanium and nickel alloys, dental alloys and special steels. Electric input of the equipment is approx. 38 kVA, mass of equipment approx. 1.5t, consumption of water less than 25 l/min (possibility of use of water circulation cooling unit).
The delivery comprises also appropriate software, transport, installation, commissioning and training of authorised workers of the order party (2 persons with expected duration of training 16 hours/1 person).
