Flubetech is a spin-off of the Group of Materials Engineering of The Chemical Institut of Sarrià, Ramon Llull University based in Barcelona (SPAIN). It is a high tech company that develops and commercializes metallic and ceramic advanced coatings as well as last generation surface tratments and powdered advanced materials. Flubetech uses its own technology Reactive Particle-Chemical Vapor Deposition (RP-CVD)which is based on a bed of reactive particles, ensuring high quality and more homogeneous coatings than with conventional technologies, even with pieces of complex geometry.
Požadavky na partnera:
One of the product commercialized by Flubetech is a coating named Silnitron®. It is about a ceramic silicon based coating with exellent mechanical properties. Silnitron® features are due to its nanocomposite structure, where nanometric crystals of titanium nitride (TiN) are dispersed in a matrix of amorphous silicon nitride (SiNx). This nanostructure provides really high hardness as well as low coefficient of friction, big resistance to thermal oxidation and great adherence to substrate.
