A Polish company is seeking technological partnership. Company has a ceramic combustion chamber technology fueled by biomass. Technology has full automatic control system connected with control panel of dryer and a heater for producing hot factor (air+flue gases) for drying system. The problem is that they are not able to eliminate the spark channel flow into the air. The company is looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance and license agreements.
A Polish company is seeking technological partnership. It developed a ceramic combustion chamber (L=2550,H=2300,B=2600,4500kg, 350kWt), as a system producing hot factor (200 Celc, 8000m3/h, 950 Pa,) to the use of technology in drying system. The problem is that factor includes hot sparks, which are undesirable. They are looking for a partner who has a solution that allows for the elimination of sparks from the hot channel factor. Combustion chamber is situated in NE Poland.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
Hot factor includes burning particles; a useful factor cannot contain solid combustible parts. Filtration system should be installed between air heater and dryer. Metal parts must be made of at least P265GH steel or better, a hand must be modular, with easily replaceable parts and fast removal of accumulated sediment. It must remove at least 95% of sparks from the hot factor. The system must not cause more pressure drop factor than 50-65 Pa. Automatic control system must be compatible with OMRON automatic.
