A Swedish research institute develops materials and technologies for printed electronics. In search for electronic functional printing inks, they have identified gel nanoparticles of polysaccharides or synthetic polymers as suitable components. They are now looking for partners capable to develop and supply gel particles ranging in size from submicron to nanometer sizes.

The Swedish institute, with a group of chemists, physicists, electronics engineers and printing experts are broadly concerned with manufacturing of electronics on large area flexible substrates by using ink formulations based on electroactive polymers. The previous and ongoing projects are covering a wide field of future applications such as Displays, ID-functions, Indicators, Security functions etc. The activities span from basic research towards development of in-line production processes for reel to reel low-cost large-scale production. In their strive to increase functionality, performance and durability, they are looking for novel compositions suitable for printed electronics. They have now identified gel nanoparticles of polysaccharides or synthetic polymers as suitable components. For their further R&D activities they are looking for partners capable of developing and supplying such particles
