A German SME located in south eastern Saxony is a specialist for handling technologies. The company offers a technology for the assembling of small and middleweight reactance coils. The system handles the 2 coils, of different sizes, with an equal level to an electric switch board. The company is looking for a cooperation partner for joint further development and new applications.

The coils can weigh up to 100 kg. The ultimate load of the manipulator is 120 kg and is 100 kg only for the gripper. The stroke of the jointed arm is 1.500 mm and the radius of activity is 3.000 mm.
The system works with an electric power supply of 400 VAC with 50 Hz. The stroke generation works with an electric trailing cable. The complete system is vertically adjustable. The uptake forks are individually adjustable. The machine operator uses an ergonomic handgrip for the steering of the system.
