Název projektu:
Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant (11 TR 97NA 3MXP)
Popis:
A Turkish company, specialized in hazardous waste incineration, has completed a technical study and a feasibility study to construct and operate a hazardous waste incineration plant. The company is looking for suitable partners who could provide a new technology for the below-described technical specifications. Any kind of support for the financing and joint venture agreement will also be welcomed.
Turkey, as an EU candidate country, is trying to adapt its environment policies to EU Directives. This policy brings a big need for hazardous waste incineration plants with. In order to satisfy this technological, environmental and legal need, a Turkish company has completed a technical study and a feasibility study to construct and operate a hazardous waste incineration plant in the Aegean area of Turkey. The company is looking for a partner who could provide technology for the below-described technical specifications or a partner who can provide financial resources for the project. Also, the Turkish company is ready for a joint venture.
It is assumed that the fixed investment cost in Turkey is similar to other countries (equipment cost will be the same and construction cost can be lower). Salary costs in Turkey are generally lower than other countries and it only has a small portion in total operation costs.
In the light of all facts/assumptions, to start the investment with an incineration capacity of 2.5 ton/hour will be optimum for market entry. This capacity will be equal to 1,5% of all hazardous waste production in country. Total investment cost of the project including incineration plant, storage utility, additional items and working capital is approximately 18 million Euro. In case of integration of 1.700 KW electrical power productions system total budget will increase 20,5 million Euro.
Total project investment time will be one and a half years. The return of investment will be less than 3 years after investment period is completed. In case of integration of electrical power production system and with this incineration capacity and current energy prices, the energy production system investment will pay back in 4 years after investment period.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
Typical waste furnace consists of a fully automated air pollution control systems, incineration combustion chamber (Rotary kiln, and continuous furnace) (Primary combustion chamber) and re-incineration systems (Secondary combustion chamber). The system as a whole is designed in full compliance with the European Directive on Waste Incineration, Directive 2000/76/EC, and is operated at a minimum temperature of 850 °C in the secondary combustion chamber with a 2 second residence time.
The incineration system is designed with automatic charging and de-ashing for fully automatic operation 24 h/day with a total of 7500 operational hours per year to allow for service and maintenance of the system. The system operates completely automatically, and can be monitored by one person. The plant is designed for a waste calorific input of 3.500 Kcal/kg with the following scope and main data:
" Fully automatic waste bunker loading crane" Incinerator with refractory lining " Combustion air distribution system" Burner system" Automatic de-ashing" Energy recovery boiler system with heat exchanger, or if required the system can be supplied with electrical power generation with an output of app. 1.700 kW" Dry adsorption flue gas cleaning system with process controlled injection of activated carbon and lime" Wet scrubber flue gas cleaning system." Platform hardware" ID fan with frequency controller" Instrumentation and process control system" SCADA plant monitoring system
To start the investment with an incineration capacity of 2.5 ton/hour will be optimum for market entry. Currently hazardous waste incineration plants have to posses more secure emission values than other industrial and manufacturing sectors' emission values. These plants are designed to properly process sludge and securely discharge. All incineration plants are liable to emission principals. A filter system for air pollution is a very essential part of the incineration system.
