A small company in South East Sweden has developed some innovative and fully unique processes for treatment of polymers. One of these processes restores the crystallinity of polymers, which is extremely important when producing polymer components with a high grade of accuracy. The targeted partners are companies in industry sectors such as aerospace, medical engineering and defence, but also research institutes, which are interested in commercial and/or technical collaborations.

The company which is a subcontractor of machined plastic components (all materials) focusing on small series of 1-500 units/batch, is using state-of-the-art CNC machinery. The following described process is only one example of the many innovative processes the company uses in order to achieve an extremely high level of quality.
The company has developed some innovative and fully unique processes for treatment of polymers. One of these processes restores the crystallinity of polymers, which is extremely important when producing polymer components with a high grade of accuracy.
