Popis:
A French company, specialized in the treatment and the recycling of industrial oils, is searching a ready-to-use solution enabling to treat these oils while especially removing water and residual particles. That solution has to reach a total daily capacity of 20 m3 of treated oils. Commercial agreement with technical assistance is sought with company supplying the system.
A French company, specialized in industrial oils treatment & recycling, is willing to improve its process and treatment capabilities. Indeed, the oils received are polluted with residual water (up to 2%) and foreign particles: the aim is therefore to remove them all.
The treated oils are hydraulic oils, cutting oils and non soluble), turbine oils, transformer oils, & Viscosity grade varying from 12 to 6000 cSt at 40 °C temperature for 95% of treated oils.
Commercial agreement with technical assistance is sought with a supplying company of such machinery.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
- Daily volume capacity of oil treament : 20 m3 (working possibility 24/24), even more.
- The oils received have various backgrounds and heterogeneous properties, they are even sometimes mixed all together: the solution has to be relevant for at least 95% of these oils.
- No odour emission, low heating (60 80 °C max).
- No or few consumables (because of high costs for maintenance of the machinery) and minimum energy used for functioning.
- After treatment, final objective of water content: 100 to 500 ppm water in oil (part per million).
- Overall capacity of 20 m3/day.
- In case of high viscosity (more than 600 cSt: different treatment to be performed by the machines).
