Innovative ERP System for Textile Sector (11 ES 27F4 3LMU)

An Andalusian Technological Centre has developed an innovative Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) adapted to the Textile Sector. An ERP is an information management system that integrates and automates a lot of business practices associated to operative and productive aspects of enterprises. Although ERPs are applicable to all companies, so far, it has not been developed anyone adapted to the specific companies from textile sector. This new developed system can help to companies from the sector in a very significant, and which currently are in redefining and adapting process to new demand requirements. Traditional ERP systems have the following modules: Accounting, Financial and Fiscal Management, Sales Management, Purchase Management, Stock and Warehouse Management and Fixed Assets Management. Compared to traditional ERPs, the developed ERP has the following additional modules: Advanced CRM, Logistics and Warehouse Management, Integration of Transport Agencies and Reporting Generation. The system lets to adapt to the product characteristics (sizes and colours), Order Management and Control and Customer Management.
