Lithuanian company, specialising in the fields of construction is looking for a novel technology for production of concrente blocks used for fences. Company is looking for partners for cooperation.
Lithuanian company, specialised in production of various fencing, gate, stairs and others, is looking for a novel technology and/or cost efficient materials for production of concrete blocks used for fences. The greatest deficiency of the old technology, is a short 'serving form', which, after certain operations breaks. Company is looking for partners for cooperation in the field of production of forms or innovative materials.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The blocks can be produced by pressing or vibration methods. Both methods have some disadvantages.
If blocks are produced by pressing method, the forms used are very expensive, because they must be very strong.
If blocks are produced by vibration method there must be a lot of manufacturing forms because the block is removed from the form only after 2 days, which is a long period of time.
Company is interested in the following: innovative serving form or innovative technology of concrete blocks production, solving both problems described above.
