An Israeli SME is looking for a technology to separate metal and plastic components from wastes of electronic industry. Ideally, the technology should contain 3 stages of waste processing: shredding, grinding to powder and separating the metal part from the others.
The size of the residues ranges between 0.25 micron and 0.125 micron. The technology requested should be fully developed.
The Israeli company specialising in approaches and techniques of shredding, especially in the wastes of electronic industry, wants to broaden the range of its products / services. The company has a plant for processing the waste materials from electronic industry and is planning to widen their activity all over the world. The company has a marketing department consisting of the educated and experienced people and has been for three years on the market.
The company wants to solve the problem of separating the metal part of the electronic wastes from the components of the other materials. The current shredding process does not separate the abovementioned materials and needs improvement. The company expects that the new technology would shred the wastes (including PRECIOUS metals, non-ferrous and coloured metals), grind them to powder and then separate material parts of the electronic wastes from the rest.
