A Czech SME has developed low-pressure casting machine for manufacturing of aluminium and its alloy castings. The advantage of this casting method is usage of 95 % aluminium alloy during the casting process and high level of automation. The company is looking for partners from industry wishing to integrate this technology into their production. The company is interested mainly in commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Technology of low-pressure casting was further developed and evolved by the SME from the technology originally developed in the USA. Generally, this technology allows producing high-quality aluminium alloys parts and alloy castings. In the way of automatization it is a huge technological step ahead. The size of the cast is limited by the fixation area of the mould, which is secured in the case of machines offered from smallest to large size. The mechanical part of the machine is of modular design and can be designed and equipped according to the requirements of a specific customer. Another advantage is the rigidity of machine's constructions. The machines enable and make all the processes by casting much easier.
Innovative Aspects:
- high quality of the cast against the gravity casting,
- nearly 95% usage of needed melt, which means 95% usage of aluminium alloy during the casting process,
- finished pressure by the end of casting process giving the product higher quality,
- high level of automation,
- no exhalations and environmental damages, the casting system is environmentally friendly: it is closed-loop, with no exhalations and uncomfortable smells,
- duration of outside sensor control,
- easy service and maintenance, no need of high qualified service staff.
