An Israeli entrepreneur, an expert for waste management, is interested in transferring the knowhow for production of low speed size reduction machines for incinerating and recycling and connected planning for handling a multitude of used but also new materials, as well as for saving transport cost.- An excellent opportunity of cooperation for producers of new recycling processes or suppliers of compactors, conveyors, separators, briquetting machines etc. Licensing partners are sought.
An Israeli entrepreneur, the former owner of a Swiss company for production of rotary shears for size reduction, is interested in transferring the knowledge and knowhow he has accumulated. These include drawings for producing reliable low speed rotary shears between 0.5-110 kW, equipped with inter-changeable sophisticated tools for incinerating, recycling and handling a multitude of used material. In certain cases, screens are fixed close to the cutting shafts, for achieving very small sizes. In many industries these low speed shredders are also serving in production lines for size reduction of throughput material like crushing lumps and production waste. Some examples of applications:
a.- Reduction of size of collected specific waste for recycling purposes such as tires, batteries, electronic waste, tin cans, bottles, containers for liquids etc.
b.- Production of chips from wooden pallets and cases, card board boxes, paper as well as confidential documents from administrations and banks for recycling or incineration.
c.- Reduction of volume of turnings from metal and plastic for recycling purposes.
d.- Reduction of size of hospital waste for incineration, garbage of hotels and restaurants, military camps, airports, vessels for incineration or saving transport cost.
e.- Recycling of defective or inapplicable production waste in numerous industries, as from production of wood and plaster panels, acoustic plates, non-ferrous foundry castings or production waste of pharmaceutical industries, like defective tablets, ampoules etc.

Rotary shears run with very low speed and therefore at a very low level of noise and driving power in comparison with the old fashioned hammer mills.
