A Swedish SME, specialising in material handling equipment for the manufacturing sector, is offering handling system based on an over head rail system in aluminium with standardised, yet versatile, lifting equipment. The company is looking for international partners for a commercial agreement including technical assistance, such as technical consultancy.

A Swedish company located in southern Sweden, specialised in material handling, offers an innovative and flexible system for the production industry.
The technology are based and designed from the conditions given by a core system; an over head rail system. The rail system is suspended to the facility's interior constructions as I- and H-beams, as well as concrete beams. In some cases the rail system is mounted to a free standing steel construction. Depending on need, different manipulators can be attached to the system. The benefit is an achievement of an "X-Y-Z movement" that can cover a large are of a facility, and in length of the system there are no limitations. In addition, a range of standardized grippers and end effectors can be added. Most of the equipment allows full automisation if needed, but manual or semi-manual are the most common applications.
The rail system is made from extruded aluminium thus not only easy mounting, but also a very light and ergonomic working situation. The X-Y movement will be effortless, and the lifting experience is "weightless". The benefits are efficiency and decrease of accidents and keeps strain injuries to a minimum.
The technology is today used in the automotive industry, but also the general industry such as glass, housing, wood, and food production. Another area is luggage handling at airports.
