The company from South-East Poland, dealing with wide-range window production, is requesting for technology for PVC profile processing used for custom-made windows. Sought technology should improve quality, speed and reduce human mistakes in the process.
Company has very high experience in PVC window production and is still in process of improving of technological level of production. Besides standard PVC windows company specialize in production of custom made windows.
Technology line used for production custom made PVC profile processing is time and work force consuming and also depends too much on human accuracy. Requested technology should change process of bending, welding and cleaning of custom made PVC profiles.
In current process making curve profile needs additional welds requested solution should eliminate welds at this step. It will save time and improve quality of profiles also it improve appearance of product.
Current process for the arched windows requires up to four individual settings of cuts it is causing problems with precision of profiles, to save time and improve precision it should be shorten to one cut only.
Sought solution should improve also welding process, it should give ability for automatic correction of position of profiles according to desired angle, length of weld should be up to 330 mm.
It should give constant results during whole process of production(e.g. length of profiles) which eliminates problems with quality of final product. Main advantages sought are increase of effectiveness and reduction in energy consumption up to 50-60% per window.
Whole process should be controlled and manage through integrated computer device. Technology should proven, applicable and available and reasonable cost.
