A Korean SME is looking for non-welding forming technology through extrusion that forming a cylindrical shape with multi level processing.
Manufacturing Agreement for process, installation, facilities and Commercial Agreement for engineering and technical consultancy are sought with European coompanies having technical advances, like Germany and Sweden.
This SME develops the general forming process adding a additional parts (bolt, nut, bracket, etc.) on the steel panel through welding method. Now they are looking for advanced technology of non-welding in order to use it in a extrusion that forming a cylindrical shape through multi level pressing. With the multi level pressing and striking, the steel panel can have a cylindrical shape without losing material thickness. So, after this forming process, bolt or other parts can be attached in the cylindrical shape and peroformed well inside.
In order to maintain this forming quality, the general low carbon steel panel extrusion should be used for the cylindrical shape. Time precision control is needed for the required thickness, strength, and shape. Also some material features like thickness, low material, and formability are the essential requirements for the process development, die design manufacturing, and press machine operating technology.
