Název projektu:
Plant booster making chemical fertilization more efficient, ecological and economical. (09 CZ 0744 3D6R)
Popis:
A Czech company produces top-class plant booster concentrate which, thanks to a proprietary technology, contains stably around 90 % of fully soluble humic substances (low-molecular part participates with 50%). The booster can work on its own or it may smartly upgrade current mineral and/or phosphatic fertilizers - increase their efficiency and greenness without impact on production costs. The company is looking for partners interested in joint development of greener fertilizers.
A Czech company produces top-class plant booster concentrate which, thanks to a proprietary technology, contains stably around 90 % of fully soluble humic acids (low-molecular part participates with 50%, ratio between high-molecular and low-molecular substances is adjustable).
Intensive exploitation of agricultural soil naturally leads to the gradual soil depletion and therefore an overall necessity to provide "nutrition" back is underway. One of the effective and economical ways to do so is to use lignohumate - a composition of humic substances.
Humic substances represent a specific group of high-molecular and low-molecular substances of the dark colour which are originated during a process of decomposition of organic residue in soil known as humification. It is already proved that humic substances ensure the following functions in soil: accumulative, supplying, regulative and protective.
From chemical point of view humic substances are composed of high and low-molecular types of elements. According to the company representatives, a positive effect can be reached only if both types of elements work together and are fully soluble. In other words, high-molecular elements positively affect physiology of the plant & but only if low-molecular elements mediate their transfer to the plant´s cellular structure. This means that presence and cooperation of both types of elements is a prerequisite to make significant impact on a plant. Both, high-molecular and low-molecular elements in sufficient volume can be offered only by lignohumate.
The plant booster activates bacteria in soil that are responsible for decomposition of the organic staff present in the soil. Such stuff remains idle for years before it starts to decompose. Activated bacteria speed up the process of decomposition so the material gets decomposed in a shorter time. Lignohumate in the soil environment dynamically supports the activity of bacteria that decompose cellulose. Practically it means that the booster added to the soil environment accelerates the decomposition process of organic mass to no more than 5 weeks.
A proprietary, wasteless technology that is behind the lignohumate product on offer is an organic synthesis that speeds up humification process, during which a more complex organic semi-product is created. The semi-product is further adapted, for example, for purpose of greener agrochemicals and feeding mash supplements.
Current competition represents:
a) humates produced from coal and coal waste. They have the following characteristics:
-negligible volume of low-molecular humic substances
-relatively difficult to dissolve, sediment present
-17%-70% of humic substances (high-molecular)
-Difficulty to ensure stable quality
-Price range between USD 0,3 -4,0 per 1kg
The price of coal-based humates ranges from EUR 0.3 to 20,- per one kilogram. The hectare doses range from 5 to 500 kg. In average the price of one application per hectare costs the farmer from EUR 50 to 400. Lignohumate is highly concentrated, so, at the price of EUR 50 / l, the price of one application is approximately EUR 5,-
b) humates produced from peat and lake sapropels
- quality but expensive especially for agricultural use
- up to 8% of humic substances the rest is water (expensive especially from logistic point of view)
- difficulty to ensure stable quality
- Price range between USD 8,00 35,00 per 1kg
In addition, both productions of humates have to tackle a problem of expelling heavy metals which increases production costs.
Examples of utilization of humates:
a) plants:
-Ultilization as a supplement of mineral and fertilizers
-soaking of root systems of shifted plants (antistress effect)
-setting-out the grass and park sites including their maintenance
-growing feeding plants
-plants flattering
-application on plant leafs (production of vegetables, flowers, maintenance of parks, gardens)
-plants propagation
-composts
b) livestock
- the humates were positively tested as a feed supplement for hens and broilers. After the addition of the fodder-additive in the quantity of 200 grams per one time of fodder of broilers, the latter showed a 4 % lower consumption of the fodder mix subject to simultaneous growth of the breast muscles by 4 %.
Innovative Aspects:
- suitable for agricultural areas where cultivation is intensive
- it intensifies cultivation of agricultural products (Lignohumate added in the concentration of 0.02% to a mineral fertiliser makes it possible to reduce doses of such fertilisers by up to 20 %)
- it enables to effectively respond to "nitrate regulations" classical fertilizer is supplemented with the lignohumate and thus fulfills respective regulations
- raw material, from which the lignohumate is produced, does not contain heavy metals
- the product contains a large range of humic substances (low and high-molecular) in concentration of 90%
