A German SME active in the development and production of equipment for the energy production from biomass and other renewable sources has developed a device for the gasification of biomass. The SME is searching for a partner who delivers a solution for the conversation of the syngas into electric energy. Stirling engines, ORC-turbines, gas turbines, fuel cells, combined heat and power units are thought as appropriate solutions. The SME would like to use offered solutions as licensee.
The developed syngas production of the German company is based on a multi-stage process. The moisture of the biomass is used according to the system of allothermic steam reforming. The produced syngas delivers a heat value twice as high as wood gas produces by conventional processes. The gasification unit is suitable for the utilisation of complex biomass. Organic residual materials are also utilised. The gasification unit produces syngas with a caloric heat of 13 MJ/m³, about 200 to 300 kw per unit.
The SME from Lower Saxony is searching for a partner with experience in the production of energy from weak syngas, who can deliver a technology for the conversation of the produced gas into electric energy. The German SME is therefore searching for partners who can deliver Stirling engines, Organic Rankine Cycle-turbines, gas turbines, fuel cells or combined head and power units for the conversation of weak syngas into electric energy.
