An innovative SME from Kaluga region develops and manufactures the equipment for physical-chemical purification and concentration of sugar-containing solutions.
The company looks for manufacturers of components (sensors) for commercial agreements with technical assistance. The company would prefer a ready technology, already at the market.
A Russian company developed a technology for physical-chemical separation of any sugar-containing raw material to produce a range of environmentally clean preservative-free and chemical-free products. The technology ensures extraction of all kinds of sugars, including fructose, both in mixtures and apart; it is wasteless and power-saving.
The equipment that implements the new technology includes, among other components, pressure sensors.
Since the processing conditions do not ensure self-preservation of the sugar-containing substance, the sensors should have open membranes, in order to be easily washed and avoid dead spaces.
The company needs pressure sensors with enhanced characteristics.

The required characteristics of pressure sensors:
- open membranes (i.e. the sensors should be easily washed and without dead zones);
- unitized diameter of connecting thread for different pressure ranges (-1& +1 bar; 0&0.2 (0.4, 0.6) bar; 0& 10 bar, 0& 40 bar, 0& 100 bar);
- the group of sensors for 0&0.4 bar is subject to electric potential, therefore it should have nonmetallic packages;
- the group of sensors for 0&10 bar should have the working temperature up to +150 C;
- availability of galvanic isolation and overvoltage protection;
- the sensors should be connected under a double-wire system and have the output signal of 4-20 mA.
