A Spanish company is looking for a partner for a Eurostars project with the main objective of developing a Personal Learning Environment, able to filter, classify, add and integrate educational contents and resources currently available in the web in an intelligent, reliable and robust way, generating an interactive model for the users. A SME with expertise in semantic Web, ontology development and management, XML, RDF, OWL and SRWL languages is sought.
The objective of the project is to develop a Personal Learning Environment -PLE able to filter, classify, add and integrate educational contents and resources currently available in the web in an intelligent, reliable and robust way, generating an interactive model for the users. This model will use an algorithm that calculates the value and significance of the contents and shows the result to the user after having filtered and prioritized them.
