Název projektu:
PS:FP7-ENV-2012-two-stage, Crowd sourcing enablement for environmental monitoring using innovative sensor technologies and advanced data management techniques (11 GR 49Q1 3M9H)
Popis:
A Greek SME active in the field of environmental engineering is looking for a partner for an FP7 proposal to be submitted. The proposal will be submitted under the Environment scheme of the Collaboration activity of the FP7. The expertise sought is for a partner capable to design and produce low-cost, reliable micro-sensors for air quality, water quality and noise level monitoring, which can be embedded on smart phones or wearable sensors for environmental monitoring.
Country: Greece Type: REQUEST Date: 23.08.2011
Objective of this project is to deliver a technological and operational framework, where citizens would be able to effortlessly collect environmental data on a range of parameters, automatically transmit this data to suitable data repositories and exchange their knowledge and experience within a citizens' observatory framework by using appropriate communication means (such as smart phone applications) thereby enabling citizenship co-participation in community decision making and co-operative planning.
The coordinator is looking for a partner active in the field of design and production of low-cost reliable micro-sensors for air quality, water quality and noise level monitoring, which can be embedded on smart phones or wearable sensors for environmental monitoring. The project will be submitted under the FP7, ENVIRONMENT 2012: TWO-STAGE scheme.
Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
Design and production of highly innovative monitoring technologies (low-cost reliable micro-sensors for air quality, water quality and noise level monitoring), which can be embedded into large numbers of instruments, including highly portable devices with emphasis on smart phones and/or wearable sensors for environmental monitoring. Partners should have substantial experience in EU co-funded R&D projects FP7, EUREKA-EUROSTARS etc.
