Popis:
A Swedish SME and has developed range of Infrared Photodetectors for intergration in infrared modules, cameras and imaging system. Applications area are identification of object by their thermal/IR radiation. The company offers also their QWIP FPA´s (Quantum Well Infrared Photodetectors Focal Plane Arrays)integrated with cooler assebleys and evaluation boards for customer development support. They are looking for commercial agreement with industrial partners. Full technical support is included.
Požadavky na partnera:
QWIP's belong to the category of so called photon detectors; the absorption of an infrared photon results directly in some specific quantum event, such as the photoelectric emission of electrons from a surface, or electronic interband transitions in semiconductor materials. Therefore, the output of photon detectors is governed by the rate of absorption of photons and not directly by the photon energy. They require cooling down to cryogenic temperatures in order to get rid of excessive dark current, but in return their general performance is high.
QWIP FPA's
The Swedish SME, has developed a range of QWIP FPA's including Read Out Integrated Circuits (ROIC). Current sizes varies from 320 x 256 to 640 x 512, 25 µm.
Customized devices and Tailored spectral response is also possible. For military as well as industrial applications.
DDCA (Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly)
The company offers also DDCAs based on their QWIP FPAs. Compact integral solutions for small size/weight applications, as well as split cooler assemblies with extended long life for use in continuous operation very suitable for industrial applications.
Evaluation boards/Reference kits
For evaluation purpose the company offers reference kits and evaluation boards for detector products. The cards are based on electronics developed for production testing and built with a modular concept. Kit including schematics can also be provided to support own camera electronics development.
The combination of experienced personnel, long track record and well-established high yield manufacturing process results in cost-effective production and deliveries of high quality and reliable performance detectors.
The company is looking for industrial partners for commercial agreements including full technical support for the implementation of the technology.
