Popis:
A German SME in the East of Saxony is a specialist for elastomer products and developed a new technology. These products are profiles, rubber-bonded metals, form items, special rubber frames, rubber-plastic connections etc. according to the customers needs. The articles are able to seal, damp, preserve, connect or separate. The technology is cost effective and reduces the energy consumption under preparation of various rubber qualities. The company is seeking for a technical co-operation.

- profiles and special rubber frames
- rubber-bonded metals
- rubber-plastic connections
- form items etc.
The production of the items is possible with the technology in various rubber qualities like M-class rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, synthetic rubber, natural rubber, low-viscosity rubber, butyl, epichlorohydrin rubber according to the customers needs. The technology is cost effective and innovative. The technology is respective tested to fire prevention certificate DIN 5510 S4 SR2 ST2, NFF 16-101 and BS 6853. The production of small series of items is also possible up to 3 mio. pieces per year. The technology allows the production of oversized formats. The various profiles are easy to produce from 100 m up to many kilometers.
