A French SME is looking for a supplier of a material that can be transformed by extrusion to a soft film (thickness from 10 or 15 to 50 microns) and solvable in water at temperature ranges from 10°C to 45°C and from 45°C to 90°C. The product should be biodegradable (complying with the EN13432 standard).
The SME needs to find suppliers that are able to provide a material that can be transformed into a soft film and which is solvable in water. The material must be available at an industrial stage and must fulfil the following specifications :
- thickness of the film from 10 or 15 to 50 microns
- solvable in water at 2 temperature ranges : 10-45°C and 45-90°C
- biodegradable (EN13432)
The SME develops and manufactures single use plastic bags for health, hygiene, pharmaceutical and food-industry professionals.
