A start up company from Slovenia has developed and produced waste water treatment system for cleaning rain, technological and industrial waste water. Company was involved for fifteen years in USA and has additionally improved new technology of separation, covered with new patent pendings. It is a device for cleaning the oil-polluted waste water without using any electrical energy or chemical and biological process. SME seeks partner for investing and marketing the technology all over EU market.
Požadavky na partnera:
The device is using gravity process of water separation from (oil, fats and solids) and is equipped with self cleaning coalescers. This is a simple and the less expensive procedure for the cleaning of rain, technological and industrial waste water.
Separator is made of different components:
Highly efficient gravity separator has the inlet diffuser which slows the flow of the water and distribute it throughout across the transverse surface of the separator. In a highly effective coalescer is done the separation of oil and solids. Removing accumulated oil from the surface of the water is done in a way, with rising the water to the level and collected oils flow from the separator through outlet of oil valve.
Self-cleaning gravity separator for separating oil, grease and solids from the contaminated water is implemented in two phases. Coarse separation takes places in a area on front of coalescer and fine separation of small drops of oil, grease and solids in a high efficiency removable coalescer. Removing oil from the surface of the water in separator is done by filling top part of separator with hot water under pressure, which squeezes the oil out through the outlet valve.
Universal coalescer for fine separation of oil, water and solid made from a frame in which the are embedded thin parallel plates at an angle of 50 degrees.
Coalescer in the separator of oil, water and solids cleans oil-polluted waste water to the legally prescribed norms.
The device efficiently cleans of oil-polluted waste water to the restricted international standards: EN 1825, UL 42, API 421 and can be used in sectors of transport and also storage and disposal facilites of petroleum products. (roads, highways, marinas, ship-yards, ports, airports, car washes, restaurants, kitchens and hotels).
