An innovative SME from Kaluga region develops and manufactures the equipment for physical-chemical purification and concentration of sugar-containing solutions.
The company looks for manufacturers of components (sensors) for commercial agreements with technical assistance. The company would prefer a ready technology, already at the market.
A Russian company developed a technology for physical-chemical separation of any sugar-containing raw material to produce a range of environmentally clean preservative-free and chemical-free products. The technology ensures extraction of all kinds of sugars, including fructose, both in mixtures and apart; it is wasteless and power-saving.
The equipment that implements the new technology includes, among other components, flow sensors. The company uses the following working flows: 7-8 cubic meters per hour; 3 m3/h, 1 m3/h (in the latter case, the concentration of sugars in the substance makes up to 70%).
The flow sensors currently used by the company need to be adjusted for different flow ranges by the seller. The company would prefer flow sensors that could be configured by the customer e.g. through jumpers.

The required characteristics of the flow sensors:
- the configuration for different flow ranges (7-8 m3/h, 3 m3/h, 1 m3/h) could be programmed by the user;
- low adhesion of the sugar-containing substance (at the final stage of the process, the sugars concentration in the substance achieves 70%);
- enhanced sensitivity at the lower boundary of the flow interval;
- durable and easy-to-use connectors;
- error under 3%;
- working temperature up to +90C;
- availability of galvanic isolation and overvoltage protection;
- the sensors should be connected under a double-wire system and have the output signal of 4-20 mA.
