Popis:
A Hungarian small enterprise is searching for a production line, with which it is possible to produce protein and/or sugar from vegetable basic commodities in a system connected to bio-gas works. The company is involved in projects dealing with bio-refinement, and it also possesses knowledge on agriculture and environment protection. The technology is ready for demonstration, or it can also appear on the market. Industrial companies can be partners.
The Hungarian company is dealing with development in connection with bio-gas production and utilization, and in connection with bio-refinement for the sake of the sustainable development. It is also member of a similar cluster.
It is possible to produce biomass from special herbaceous plants. During the process of bio-refinement valuable materials (for example fat, carbo-hydrate, protein, sugar) can be extracted from this biomass with the help of organic acid, industrial enzymes in an environment-friendly sustainable way. With flue-curing the remaining material it is possible to make biogas, and from it electric current can be generated. The cycle finishes in a way that it is possible to operate the technological steps of the refinement with this power. The final remnants can be utilized as organic fertilizer on the fields.
The production line in request has to produce protein and/or sugar form vegetable basic commodities in a system connected to biogas-works. Later the sugar is desired to be further produced that it will be possible to make the basic commodities (biopolymer, for example poli-lactic acid) of dissolving plastic materials from it.

The complex technology in request has to contain batchers, separators, drying machines, etc. and laboratorial measures necessary for enzymatic hydrolysis.
