A Turkish company specialized on sheet metal processing machines is searching a technology and a partner company to develop their systems. The company is seeking partners in Europe which have an industrial process experience and looking for the expertise in sheet metal processing machines. The company wants to contact manufacturers of sheet metal processing machines and also wants to work with manufacturers/research institutes to establish technological developments.
Turkish company manufactures the following machines; hydraulic plastering press, 3 and 4 bulk hydraulic roller, plate bending, pipe and profile bending, 3 mass G3RS Hydraulic Cylinder. Upper ball is moving up and down hdyraulicaly because the back of the body can be laid hydraulically, components are removed more easily.
Pipe bending machine's body is made from steel construction. Hydromotor are driven, portable control panel and operating both horizontal and vertical positions. Curved GBS Coating machine is produced to make curved edges of the sheets in mim. 300mm and 600 mm. Bending capacity is between 1.5 mm and 20mm. Rack top and bottom are driven hydraulically. Turkish company uses hydraulically driven machines in all these type of machines. Turkish company is looking for partners to develop its hydraulic machines and also wants to work with manufacturers/research institutes to establish technological developments in its sector, including process time decrease studies and new type of specific machines.
