SME from North-East Poland producing metal cabinets and working in metalwork looks for a flow degreasing technology of metal sheets and metal profiles in different shape. In searched method, the metal profiles should be degreased before maintenance and the used reagents during the process should be recycled, what decreases the exploitation costs. The company is interested in commercial agreement with technical assistance.

SME from North-East Poland producing metal cabinets and working in metalwork looks for a flow degreasing technology of metal sheets. Currently, the company has a systemised organisation of production and actually for degreasing of produced elements, the immersion method is used. In utilized method, the technological oils are dissolved in the chemical reagents, and then together with the solid contaminations, they stream down into the degreasing tank. Unfortunately, the cumulation process of contaminants, happens in produced profiles (prepared for assembling of metal cabinets) in places difficult to access. The cumulated contaminants need to be dissolved or mechanically removed from the metal surface, what brings problems. That is why the company looks for the flow degreasing technology, that can be used before assembling the component parts, what allows the removal of all contaminants. The searched technology should have a possibility of purification of the reagents, used for degreasing, in order to reuse them. The searched solution should have a possibility of usage of stream surface redrying.

The searched technology should be cheaper in exploitation (in comparison with the ones commonly used in the company), more effective and more friendly for the environment. The searched solution should have a possibility of usage in the small production companies (in optional work conditions).
